Why this drill works

Ensures the takeaway is driven by the big muscles (core) rather than twitchy hands.

How to do it

    Choke down on the club so the butt end touches your belly button.

    Take your setup.

  3. 3

    Rotate your torso to move the club. Keep the butt end attached to your belly.

  4. 4

    Stop when club is parallel to ground. Check if it's still connected.
