Pete Cowen's Feet Together Drill (Anti-Slide)
Drill by Kerrod Gray Golf

Watch on YouTube
Why this drill works
Narrowing the base of support removes the ability to slide or sway without losing balance. This forces the body to rotate purely around a fixed axis (coil) and synchronizes the upper and lower body.
How to do it
- 1
Set up to the ball with your feet completely together (touching).
- 2
Make smooth 3/4 swings hitting the ball.
- 3
Feel like you are turning inside a barrel; keeping your height and center constant.
- 4
Practice Routine: Hit 5 shots with feet together, then 1 normal shot to transfer the feeling.
