How to Perform the Drill

Follow these step-by-step instructions. Rehearse slowly to build proper motor patterns before adding full swing speed.

    Lay a towel flat on the ground 3 golfballs legthss, behind where your ball would go.

    Take your normal setup.

    Hit the ball without touching the towel.

    If you hit the towel, your angle of attack was too shallow or you cast the club.
