Why this drill works

Provides real-time objective feedback on wrist extension/flexion, training the player to avoid the cupped position that leads to casting.

How to do it

  1. 1

Static Top Drill: Requires HACK-MOTION. Calibrate at address, go to the top, and hold. Sensor buzzes if you are in the correct range (not too extended).

  2. 2

Dynamic Drill: Swing to the top and stop. Check if you hit the range.

  3. 3

Full Swings: Make full swings and listen for the biofeedback to confirm you maintained the correct wrist structure.
