One fault costing you shots
Good pieces are in place. One move is costing you, and fixing it lets the rest tidy up.
Your driver head moves inside your hands early in the takeaway. That pattern carries to the top, where your hands are deep, your right elbow is behind you, and the shaft points across the line. Starting down, the shaft flattens and the club remains behind your hands, leaving your arms to catch up as you turn. You preserve your posture and do not show an obvious early flip, but the delivery favors a path to the right of the target. With your reported straight start and hook, my read is that the face is near the target at launch but closed relative to that path. Work on the takeaway so the club has more room before you reach the top; do not try to cure this by holding the face open through impact.
The move to fix
Driver head moves inside early
Your swing story
The whole chain:The driver head moves inside your hands early in the takeaway. That pulls your hands and right elbow deep by the top, and the club points across the target line. Those positions leave the club behind your hands as you start down; your arms then have to catch up while your body turns. The club arrives from inside, which favors a path to the right of the target. Your reported straight start and hook fit a face that starts near the target but is closed relative to that path, so the ball curves left. The quick wrap of your arms and club after impact fits the need to release a club that arrived behind you. Give the club more room in the takeaway, rather than trying to hold the face open through impact.
Your next rep
The move to make
Keep the clubhead in line with your hands
Keep the driver head more in line with your hands during the takeaway so your hands and right elbow can reach a less-deep top position.
What not to fix
Do not hold the face open through impact to suppress the hook, because that treats the ball flight rather than the inside takeaway that starts the chain.

One Piece Takeaway Drill
Picked because the root fault is the driver head moving inside your hands early in the takeaway, and this drill targets an inside takeaway.
Choke down on the club so the butt end touches your belly button.
Take your setup.
Rotate your torso to move the club. Keep the butt end attached to your belly.
Stop when club is parallel to ground. Check if it's still connected.
Dose: Make slow rehearsals and pause when your hands reach waist height. Keep the driver head more in line with your hands rather than letting it move quickly toward your body. Repeat the same feel, then make a full swing without changing the focus.
Done well: At the pause, the clubhead stays more in line with your hands instead of moving well to the body side. The takeaway feels like it has more room.
Reset if: The clubhead quickly moves toward your body and gets well inside your hands again. Reset and rehearse the takeaway more slowly.
On the course
“As the driver starts back, feel the clubhead stay more in line with your hands instead of moving quickly toward your body.”
If you hit Straight start, hook left: Before the next tee shot, make one slow takeaway rehearsal and feel the clubhead stay more in line with your hands. Keep your usual swing through the ball; do not hold the face open.
